The rooms here are nicely decorated and well-maintained, with balconies and rooms on the lower floors at the front which makes it nice and cozy. Plus, being right in the middle of town is super convenient! 🌆

The king room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and central heating. It also had an individual safe and multi-channel TV. I enjoyed a nice view of the sea from the window. The hotel is in a very central location, making it an incredible base for discovering Santo Domingo.

Staying here for my birthday celebration was fantastic. I highly recommend it. The double room was brand new and top-notch, plus the free breakfast was a great perk. The staff were eager to help throughout my stay, which was fantastic. The service was excellent, including the shuttle to the airport. I was able to conveniently park my car in the neighborhood.

The location directly on the Malecon gave us breathtaking views from our balcony. The pool was absolutely amazing with plenty of cabanas to relax in. The room service was top-notch and the staff was friendly and attentive, especially the bell hops. We were impressed with the daily check-ins by the housekeeping staff, ensuring our stay was perfect. The couples' massage at the spa was a highlight of our trip. we had a fantastic experience here.

The tranquility of the hotel was incredible. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of peace and relaxation. The staff at the reception were absolutely wonderful. Despite a small mistake, they went above and beyond to make up for it, leaving us pleasantly surprised. This was truly the most enjoyable experience I have ever had.

I arrived with a knee injury and was staying in a building without a lift and when I checked in they immediately offered me a block with better access, I thank them for that detail because they made my stay much better. bed and very comfortable pillows, room very wide and bright. bathroom is very clean. They give out complimentary bottles of water every day. swimming pool is impeccable, as well as the gardens.

The casino is next to the lobby and is open to the public. If you are traveling with children it is better not to be in the lobby at night. Actually the noise of the casino does not reach the rooms, they are perfectly soundproofed. . The pool bar service does not have much variety. . There is no gluten-free bread in the restaurants, we had to bring our own bread for my daughter who has celiac disease.

The hotel is centrally located, just a 10-15 minutes' walk from the National Palace. The rooms are beautifully decorated and come with Wi-Fi and plenty of towels. The staff are professional and helpful.
